Agreed, the lower the number the lower the cold pour point. It really is the upper number that is claimed to be the economy number 20 vs 30. I was at Wally's today and Mobil economy oils have a green label, IIRC there was a 0w20 and 0w30 so they are marketing the 0w oils as "fuel economy" oils in addition to having a lower cold pour point.
