Now that is a purely political statement.

From the middle east, it takes 6-8 weeks from well head to refinery to cargo-ship to the US ready for sale.

From Canada and Mexico, 2-3 weeks depending on if its coming from pipeline or tanker. (pipeline is much quicker)

11 trillion barrels came from the very companies who want to drill domestically. Theses are the people who study oil levels in different locations in the earth for a living. Believe me, i dont go by everything Bush says... But this time he's right.
