11 trillion barrels came from the very companies who want to drill domestically. Theses are the people who study oil levels in different locations in the earth for a living. Believe me, i dont go by everything Bush says... But this time he's right.

Bush is a joke and you thinking it will take months to get oil out of offshore locations and into the market in months is a joke.
