No. And for a several reasons.
First, the two-element bulb needs three wires: one for a common ground, one for the low brightness minor element (parking/running light), and one for the high brightness major element (brake light). If you look closely at the picture of the green socket you can see the labels "GRND", "MINOR", and "MAJOR". There is no wire exiting the socket for the "MAJOR" element so it has to be added.
Second, applying brake light power from the black socket to the minor element (that is when the brakes are applied) of the green socket would cross-feed power to the parking/running light on the other side of the car. This wouldn't be physically noticible as the other side of the car (similarly wired) would be trying to cross-feed also.
Third, when the parking/running lights are turned on, power would backfeed to the brake light in the black socket, which would have the brake lights on without stepping on the brake pedal.
