Well, because if light hits the inside mirror then my outside does not need to get dark! And there is nothing else, if there is no fuse then I guess I have to cut some cable/wire from the mirror?!? But I just don't want to damage anything else.
As for the outside dark mirror, I cannot see anything unless a car shines directly into that mirror. If a car is already on my left side at night, that mirror is just dark! Crap in my opinion.
