Hard to say what the problem is, but I'd remove fuse #11 in the front power distribution center for 30 seconds and see if that improves things. After that drive with "spirit". It may just be a case of the adaptive learning these cars learn very quickly. You didn't mention your mileage or what servicing it's had.
