I'm sorry to hear about that little incident. I know a few others on this forum besides you who will always see that 'invisible' dent that no one else will ever notice.

Honestly, you don't need a new fascia for that. If it's just a dent w/o any paint chipping, then a decent paintless dent removal company can pop that out and you won't even know where it was located once repaired.

Is Allstate the Ins. Co. for the Ambulance Co.? You have the right to take your Jeep where you want for the estimates and then they should be cutting you a check for the repairs...a new clear bra. Your insurance co. should have nothing to do with this situation unless they won't pay or choose to make it difficult. This should all be quick and easy.

Did you happen to ask your friend why he put the ambulance into reverse?

Good luck with it my friend. Post up a photo of the damage if you can.
