Ride height uneven

I have a 2005 300 Touring on 22's I had the car sitting in the garage and as I was walking up towards the rear of the car I noticed that the car appeared to be leaning to the right. The fisrt thing I did was check air pressure. All was the same. Then I placed my hand between the tire and fender and noticed that I could put my habd on top of the tire without touching the fender on the left but I cant on the right. All of the suspension is stock. I have replaced the inner and outer tierods and the torque struts since ive owned the car. Just wondering if anyone has noticed this on there car.

I put a tape measure up to the car acroos this center cap of wheels to the bottom of the fender heres what I got.
