Let me be the first to say WELCOME from our West Virignia LXs in the Mid-Ohio River Valley! Glad that you're really enjoying our 300 Touring... I'm not surprised.
I can't answer your exhaust question, but I'm sure others can. As far as larger rims go... it's an easy, although somewhat expensive upgrade. Ralph Guilles, the original designer of the 300s, has said the car was designed with 20in rims in mind.
If your car has TPM already, then yes, I suppose the TPM stems and "senders" can go from one rim to the other... but you may find tire places that are a bit reluctant to switch them for you. I'm not certain of that, but just be aware and ask up front. I do know it is not necessary to match them with whatever wheel location they were before, otherwise tire rotation would be that much more problematic.
