I've never owned a car with Brembos so I suppose I should follow his advice for bedding them anyways, but i want to make sure that my rotors don't continue with the unevenness that i am seeing. I really want to make sure I'm doing the right thing for my brakes and if bedding them won't fix the problem.........what will?

I just posted this suggestion in the other thread about SRT8 brake wear. My suggestion is to try it. It should be done with a new car anyways.
