HID High Beam yay/nay

I am about to order some HIDs from hidgate. I am waiting for an email back for fog+low beam w slim balast. Should I get a kit for my high beam? Other question is I am interested in halo from AAC should I send my fog+headlights out before I have my HIDs installed. thanks
