I wouldn't suggest it. You need that "instant on" when you flash your hi-beams to get the attention of whatever is in front of you. With the HID's, it takes a while for them to warm up to full brightness, so you'll get a dim flicker from the HID's when you flash. Besides, I would think that flashing the HID's will do a number on your ballasts/inverters... I Have 6000k's on my fogs and lows and never even had the need to use my hi beams... just my .02 cents.
