I figured I would see a few of you there today. I was the only LX in the house (except for a charger from a dealership) out of over 400 cars.
What a pretty day for a show. I saw the nicest nova I have ever seen and more groovy pre 70 Camaros than you could shake a stick at.
I had been there a few hours when judges came up asking where my dash plaque and entry number was. Wha??? I dunno, man. I just paid 20 bucks and rolled up where they told me to. They sent me to some tent where I was told the registration deadline had passed. wha??? So much for spending 4 hours detailing. I didn't get bent out of shape over their disorganization though. My entry fee was refunded, I saw cool rides and had the best parking space of any spectator there.
I did manage to get some great footage and a couple of interviews to add to the stock pile.
Got a lil sunburn, my kids scarfed some funnle cake.
it's all good.
