Question suspension problem

I own a 2006 300C with 82,000 miles. The car shakes between the speeds of 37 and 47MPH. I had the tires rotated, balanced and the front end aligned. Both driver and passenger inner/outer tie rods were replaced (passenger inner was bad). The tires/rims are original and along with the suspension. It seems that the shaking is in the seats. I don't feel it in the steering wheel. It also seems that the shaking decreases/stops when the brakes are applied lightly. There is no pulsing in the brake pedal. I actually replaced each tire with the spare to see if it is a broken belt. The shaking was still present. The tires are Goodyear Assurance. The shaking only happens at this speed. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.
