Lowering Questions

I searched through the Suspension/Handling sub-forum and couldn't find some answers.

Based on 300cforums.com member's advice, I will be going with the 'cheapest before ****ty' lowering technique. I'm not sure between Eibach or Peddlers kit, but I would like to get Springs and Shocks - contrary to the ultimate cheapest solution of just springs.

I'm on a tight budget and I'm not sure where to look - which websites have the best pricing?

Also, how much will this cost for a shop to put the springs and shocks in? And will I be able to find a front 1.5" drop and rear 1"?

Thanks in advance fellow 300's, always helped me in the past.
