Wheels are to wide for normal camber kit? Can I pull the wheels in from the bottom??

I have a 2005 300 limited, lowered 1.5 with 10'' wide 24's. I need to fix the negative camber problem but if I do I think the wheels will smash right into the fenders. I was wondering if they make any kits that pull the bottom of the wheel in rather then pushing the top of the wheel out like normal camber kits.
Please let me know if you know of anything to fix this. I only have about 7,000 miles on my tires and the insides are already worn out.
