Newbie question about DIY alignment issue...

Is it possible to 'nudge' or to make tiny adjustments to the alignment, and then drive the car and see if the alignment has been improved at all?

For example, my 2005 300c is mostly fine, except the steering wheel appears to be cocked to the left a little. So if you hold the steering wheel exactly straight, the car will veer to the right a little.

Is there any way to try adjusting for that myself, or is it just to involved, and I need to have it aligned?

I am a newbie when it comes to this, I just have regular house hold tools, I am in no way a mechanic.

Thanks in advance.
