SRT-8 Brakes

I have had some problems with the Brembo brakes on my SRT-8. A couple of the rotors are heavily scored and they consistantly squeal under moderate braking. Anybody else have this problem? Any fixes?

Also I have ordered a K&N intake (#63-1114) and Jet Chip (#90407) and will let you know how they effect the base-line dyno numbers (386 bhp @ 6000 on mustang dyno). Still looking for an exhaust system, it looks like a custom system for me.
