Yes, everybody else has this problem (not so much with the squeaking though)

Personally, I'm waiting for aftermarket ceramic ones, then I'm taking the car to the dealership to get the rotors replaced and installing the pads.

If you take it in there's probably a TSB and you'll get them replaced, only to have them start scoring again.

Your best bet is to wait unless they can ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE me that the pad compound won't score the new rotors.
