Unhappy Won't Start

Just purchased my 300C 4 weeks ago as a gift to myself for completing my Phd. After the third week, the car would not start. I contacted the dealer and had the car towed. After keeping the car for three days, they gave it back to me citing operator error. A week later the car would not start again. After having the car for now four days, they tell me they have no clue what is going on. I wish Chysler would just buy this thing back. They have me driving a Jeep Liberty. Did I mention that I was 6ft 3in (290).

I also informed them that ater miss-starts the cylinders make a grinding noise upon trying to re-start the engine. This is grossly embarassing. Somebody help me! I spent 40K for this car and I am embarrased to tell my neighbors whats really going on. I have stopped two of my friends from buying the car until I am convinced these issues are resolvable.
