Over on the V forum LASSTSS had the bright idea that a letter to GM with some signed "Yeah, that!" attachments from a bunch of other V owners might get the General's attention. So far he's gotten back a real (not form) letter that makes us think they actually read OUR letter, and that they may pursue our complaints.

Worth a shot...
