Anyone heard of this intake?

I am going to either buy a K&N filter, or some sort of air intake. I have had on or the other on all my previous cars. I love the looks of the Volant, but I remember a post where Dyno tests or 1/4 mile times showed no improvement or even a power loss? Any input on that? Also has anyone seen or used this product below? Looks like it is the most expensive intake I have ever seen! Do the intakes do enough to warrant one, or should I stick with just the filter?
