I asked for $20.00 off instead of the $100.00 free fog lights, they acted like I asked them for the lights for free! Tell you the truth I didnt even want or need them, I just on a spur of the moment decided to call. Funny I used to sell golf equipment and now communications, if someone was willing to give me more money than I had in the product, I would do it! Who knows might make a good customer for life!

Might even make some good advertising. I post pics to all my installations and do so very well I think! In my opnion they lost out here, thats just my opnion though! Maybe they sell so many kits that they do not need to discount the overnight shipping (which they were charging $35.00 for and usually costs me around $18.00 or less to do the same shipping of equal weight through my business).

I am not mad, as I dont need these lights, I am not understading it though, unless like I said they just sell so many that customers satisfaction means nothing. (I doubt they are selling so many that they dont need new sales)
