Smoove do you have the same bulbs as me????
The trunk light is the "T15" bulb, the one that you were installing in the reverse socket.

The database we referred to stated the puddle light was a 194, if this is incorrect could you please tell us the correct # off the bulb so we could update this.

OK the trunk light works with the "Reverse Light" bulb that you sent. Your website says that the Trunk light should be the (1) 44mm 6 LED Board, actually the (2) T-15 9 LED Reverse Lights are the ones that are compatible.
So one problem solved. Now I need a new set of reverse and puddle lights. The only number i got off the puddle light is 562 it is a rigid loop festoon bulb and the reverse bulb should be a a 3057. u should update the site accordingly. Please let me know when you can send me replacements!

Mine should be in today. I'll look tomorrow to see what I got. How fast will the replacements be sent?

Okay. I just got them. A few questions. I ordered the upgraded 3 chip cool white. The lights themselves say nothing about what they are, so how do I know I recieved the cool white instead of the warm white? Also, the lights are yellow, which some show on your site, but others do not. Is this normal? Finally, one pair of the lights only has one led on them. I thought the 3 chip included all of the lights? Was this one mistakenly sent?

The "chip" dosent refer to the number of LEDs but rather the intensity of the LEDs. Yes, the diode on some of the boards will appear to be yellow, this is normal. If the label says "white" that is the cool white. We are going to discontinue warm white because of lack of interest.

There was some incorrect information in the database we were using for the 300C, we will be sending out the 562 replacements for the puddle lights as well as the 3057 reverse lights to you guys soon, we just ask for your patience in the matter.
