I just got back from a circumnavigation of Tasmania. I have just a few pics to share. All went really well. Averaged 11.3 ltr per klm. Lots of big hills and declines.

What are ya Kelvin a man or a mouse? I might direct you're travel threads to my young bloke, he's talking about buying one of those caravan type things. Not sure if he's going to pull it with his new GT Falcon or the diesel Terry. Either way it looks like he's keen on that sort of thing. Myself, I'm more your 5 star hotel type, but at a pinch I can slum it down no lower than a motel.

Yep, an old Humber. I just happened to be the proud owner of a 1956 Humber Super Snipe when I was 18.
Apparently the diesel Terry does a good job, so I I've heard on caravan forums. tell your young bloke to click here to look at some of my other travels. I haven't updated it for this trip yet.

board walk of a bird hide huh, I remember that sort of talk from an old work partner of mine, many a time taking a whole shift to drive to Bullamakanka someplace to buy a pair of Specklebreasted Fartsuckers. But then I never really could figure out the details of what he was on about.

It's not big as standards go today. Most are about 21'x8'. Mine is 18'x8' (body demensions). Overall length is about 22'.
