I received confirmation today that my allocated car will be offloaded in Melbourne March 28th and the dealer expect to have it in their hands within 10 days from there.
I had a lengthy chat with both the State Sales Manager and the National
PR Manager, both of whom were very helpful with information about these cars and other future model plans. One of the things to come out of that discussion was the option of using the Cherokee Navigator Sat Nav in the SRT8 and I expect I will be having a look at that because it seems to integrate quite nicely. No idea what the pricing is but I am sure a DC dealer would.
It's such a strange contrast to the lack of communication I get from Ford that I am still in a bit of a daze.
I note that someone else has posted pricing so I'll not repeat that.
