You have a safe and sane trip to Melbourne.
Thanks DESIREE

Fremantle is a nice place, very popluar with tourists. Try and do a trip down south, like Busselton or Margaret River. Really nice beaches and wine!! Margaret River is a smaller scale of Nappa Valley. It's only about a 3 hour drive South.

I'm sure you will have a blast. ENJOY!!!

Your trip down under!

Hi Desiree. Unfortunately I'm in Melbourne too. Having previously lived in South Australia, where the BEST wine in the world is produced, I can say you'll get a reasonable drop in Margaret River if you get the chance - although I'm sure the locals will be keen to take you there! If you can get off the beach that is.

Hi desiree. I,m in Melbourne as well. May be next time you can make it to the No.1 state.
We will have to remind you about driving on the wrong side of the road; that at least our steering wheel is on the right side of the car!
Cheers

My son-in-law is from Adelaide. We visited his mum there and took in the wine country (Barrosa ??), Flinder's Range (more boonies than I ever saw before), and Magnetic Hill (cool effect).
My daughter and family just did the Margaret River thing last fall (your spring).
Aussie 300 drivers are going to have to watch out for the crazy Yank rushing up to them to see and talk about their cars.
She just reported last Sunday that a bush fire was doing its thing about 1.5 km east of her house. They watched the firefighting helicopters from the side of the lake where the copters were getting the water.
