I am going to list for around $66,500. It will have done ~4,000 Klms after this coming weekend with a lot of that running in the country on highways. Has had first oil change, window tint, E&G Mesh Grille, mesh lower inserts and has been lovingly cared for.

Hey Rolin7,
I ordered my car on the 24th Jan and i'm still waiting. Mine is not expected till mid April. Unfortunately you will find that most dealers will have a 3 month wait on the Hemi particularly if you want a black one with a sunroof. My advice is the quicker you put your order in the quicker you will get the car. I work in the car industry and all dealers will try and swap with another dealer to get a car in quicker if they can. It's in a dealership's best interests to deliver your car as quickly as they can because they don't get paid till you take delivery of your new car. As Hemi57 said, it is all down to supply and demand and at the moment DC Aus just can't keep up with demand.
Good luck!!
Shane

John that's not a bad deal, i'd resist the temptation to move much on that figure, the car is a great looking package. In fact I'm hoping that everyone who sells their 300c's in future does their best to maintain the resale of the car as best they can, by sticking to their guns come sale time. Will be interesting to see how many bites you get, where are you putting it? Carsales? I had my car on carsales and it got 1 or 2 bites in 2 months (nov-dec) but then probably 10 calls over new year. Ended up knocking back a tyrekicker in late november who tried to beat me $4000, and sold it for only $500 under my asking in january. I thought i did quite well considering there's 1 trillion commodores on carsales, most of them just like mine.

Having just waited 330 days, 12 hours, and 15 minutes to receive MY SRT8 here in the States, I feel some what qualified to comment on waiting. First of all you will NEVER find another car like the 300C- either 5.7 or 6.1 version. Oh sure others may make claims or whatever, but when it comes down to sheer balls to the wall & bang for the buck there just isn't anything in the same playing field. I can imagine the heads that will turn while you cruise around in your beautiful car. They will be rare and hard to get. You don’t want to go around and see someone else driving the car you could have had! You’ll kick your arse around the block for not hanging in there. Don’t let the wait ruin one of the best driving experiences you are going to have- trust me on this.
Best wishes to the LX brothers and sisters down under!! Hang in there and NEVER GIVE UP!! Power has come back to the people. CHEERS!
