Apparently the 300c's utilise the rear demist ribbon as the aerial, or something along those lines anyway. If you install a tint that is metallic based it interferes with the performance of the aerial.

Spock yeah i walked out back of audiofx to look at that mtbuller ambo thing, and as i was speaking to the bloke there he asked what car i was getting i replied a 300c srt8 and turned around to see your car pulling out, i said hey it's like this one! Only briefly saw you, you were reversing basically as i walked out the back door.

Hey Dom,

I made sure with AudioFX that the rear window was a non metallic tint so it's not that. I'll chat with them further during the week.

I'm sure we'll meet soon.

Hey Bezita & Aussie300 how's the Paq?

Hi guys. Just wanted to find out firstly if bezita received and installed the Flashpaq and had any feedback and if Aussie300 had any further comments regarding reliability and if you've used it in more than once to modify settings further etc etc.

I really want one of these things but I'm monitoring the various threads to see how version 1.01 goes and then put in an order. Wouldn't it be nice if you could buy a 30 day trial version??

All good here. I have even re-installed the stock programme to take car back to dealer for leaking trans and soft rotors and had no probs. Then put the performance tune back on and did get "error- contact superchips" but just waited 30 mins and started again and it worked fine.

I really like the throttle response compare to stock and the shift is firmer and more direct than stock. IMHO, this mod is worth it.

However, there'r some minor bugs with the flash version 1.01.

I posted here: Superchips 3825 V1.01 Issues regarding the issues.
