I can't answer the 1st question but from what I have read here on the Forum is that constant or regular on/off of the Xenons will shorten their live dramatically. Yes you can adjust the sensitivity. Go to the EVIC "easter egg" and there is a light sensitivity adjustment there. I recommend you check out the threads that murphy the cat has posted on this subject and you will get some useful info. Check in the UK section.

Mines mineral grey as well but I spent 6 days and removed 15 cubic menters of stuff so that i could fit it my shed in saying that I have had it for five weeks now washed three times dusted off twice and polished twice as well cant get over how good the metal looks in the paint when its polished regards nhom.

Welcome there john07

As this thread advises, you can modify your existing light switch to activate the Auto headlight feature but it sounds like you have done the same as a couple of other local members and opted for the genuine switch.

I look forward to your contributions here on the Forum and hope that you may be able to come along to the next Meet & Greet planned for 11th February. Keep a watch out for that.
