Yeh John i did have a bit of help through my Dealer Principal being friends with the Dealer Principal where i bought - but it looks like others out there have done just as good or better than me! I guess it comes down to the individual dealership and the salesperson you deal with. Either way, i'm very happy with my price.

Ordered 02/23/05- '06 model Cool Vanilla 300C with EVERYTHING
numerous status reports ALL WRONG
Status 05/27/05; car not sheduled for build yet, and no idea when if ever it will be sheduled for build.
05/27/05 called dealer; what's up? They tell me that they will check, I say I already have! They say give me the weekend to see what I can do. (Meaning see what I can find).
Sunday 05/29/05, I call local dealer "what do you have?" I go see, and buy 06Bright Silver with everything but Rear DVD.
Been driving and enjoying ever since. Now have 19000 miles on it.
