OK - how about this Friday night (21 April) around 8pm at a place to be confirmed?? I'm sure we will work something out eventually!!

John (Hemi57), if you are out there, can you make it Friday night ?? Seeing as you have already been elected President by general concensus (lol), it would be ideal if you were there - let us know.

Shane

Cheers

It appears as though we may need to look a little further into the future to ensure enough people will have some time free. Short notice is always difficult. I understand that it's best to strike while the iron is hot but it's not always possible.
I think it may be best to pick a date in May, thus hopefully giving each of us sufficient lead time.
What about Saturday 6th?? Many of us are already attending the detailing workshop so we could do something immediately after that.
Just a thought.

I am here. I was just waiting to see what the concensus was going to come up with.

Now we know that Saturdays are no good for AussieHemi. MrVelvet has a busy social calendar. Spock1 is eager and trying to fit anytime and Arnold is flexible. Apologies if I have not singled out you other eager beavers.

For the first meet I think it would be good to do in daylight so we can check out each other's rides, so with Aussie Sean's Saturday limitation we should think about a Sunday. And that will give us the prior Saturday to wash and polish our babies .

Give me a day or so to get a check on the social calendar at this end and I will throw down a date or two.

Thanks John - i know it's impossible to please everyone, but we certainly want to get as many as possible. How about the second Sunday in May (the week after the detailing day). This gives everyone around 3-4 weeks to plan around. Sunday the 7th is no good for me or Sean (Spock1) but the following seems good to me!! Just a thought.

Cheers,

Shane

Shane, apologies calling you Sean. There are too many Shanes and Sean around here. There are usually too many Johns .

Sunday 14th May is shaping up as a strong potential.

Can you all indicate if this works for you? Location to be advised.
