SRTAUS finally in his SRT8

Firstly I have John, Dom, Mr Velvet and this forum to thank. Otherwise I would be in a different car.

The SRT was delivered by Brighton Jeep 24hrs ago. The guys there were great!. Options included factory DVD players, tinting and the towbar (missing, see other post)

Its an impressive vehicle. To date I have only driven about 200Kms and am still getting used to the power, trip computer, speedo, parking etc. Baby seat in the back is probably a first in Aus but who knows...

Got to get to a dinner party now, I just had to leave this post...

cheers, srtaus.

Congratulations on your purchase of an amazing automobile! By now you’re experiencing the heart pounding acceleration and torque power this mighty beast is capable of. So what are we going to tow?

Drive it hard dude, so you can smell it burning underneath. Apparently that's the best way to run in the new motor!
Keen to hear about the factory dvd thing, post some pics maybe? Any other feedback...

Trying to drive it hard....

I'll clean the car this weekend and get somephotos posted... I have listed a few questions with the dealer on the car (eincluding the DVD's) and am awaiting a response.
