Picked Up The Black Beast Today!!!

At Last The New Srt8 Is In My Gararge!!!!!!! Had The Exhaust Done Today And Tint, 22 Tis 7 And Grill On The Weekend. Looks Unreal And Drives Like A Demon. Has Anyone Changed The Standard Air Box Filter To A K&n Filter? Cost $120 But They Say May Give A Little More Air And Pony's. Any Advice

Can You Just Order The Auto Lights From Chrysler?

I Cant Find In The Car Computer How To Make The Alarm Chirp The Horn When Activating Or Even When Door Locks. The Manual Said That There Is A Personal Setting But I Cant Find? Am I Just Blind?
Thanks Heaps For All The Reading About The Car Before I Bought This Is A Great Site And You Are Great Guys

Congrats on the New Beast!
yeh you started off like me aswell, modding as soon as i got it, its hard to stop i tell you but worth every cent, as for the alarm chirp im not sure myself as my setting is set to only the turn signal lights flash as i didnt want to attrack any more attention as i live in a busy street but im sure someone here will reply

Good luck with it and you will soon find yourself driving it and not actually needing to go anywhere, i tell ya im hooked

JAS000, congratulations and welcome to the "club".

BTW, I am not aware of the option to have any "sound" when locking or unlocking the 300C.

Welcome to the DARK SIDE. Be careful of the modding bug, it can take a hold of you and never get out of your system. But that is a good thing in my book, lol.

It took a hold of me so much I went right into modding fever, that can kill you if you are not careful.

My Doctor thinks I may not come out of it, if I don't slow down, eat right, get some exercise and lose some weight. I may never get well, lol. You see I just got my second SRT-8 and that is why my Dr. thinks I am never going to get better, lol. What do Dr.'s know anyway's?

I have had Moditus for years and I could have told him that I was never going to get better, only worse.

Great news about your new vehicle :-) I can't wait to see it getting around Brisneyland.

As for the alarm shirp I don't belive the Aus 300c has that option. It has been mentioned by US and UK owners but I believe we can only get the lights to come on and the indicators to flash :-(

Mine chirps (US) and personally I find it annoying. Just never remember to check and see how to correct it until I'm away from the car.
