Crikey!, a stealership that worries about Customer Satisfaction, and to the extreme! Isn't that refreshing?
Sounds a lot like the excuse that was tossed around up here: "It's a warranty issue with the headlights.", in that it is just as lame.
Face it, the down-under stealerships are just as IGNORANT about the existence and activation of DRL's as their U. S. of A.-brethern were until about a year ago. And as was the case here in the States, you'll just have to search out those stealerships willing to learn something about what they sell and service in order to get the job done.
