Suspension & Performance Chip - Sydney

Hi,

Looking for advice on where to go (Sydney, Aust) to get the suspension firmed (not looking to have it lowered).

Also, I am interested in the performance chip (extra 22HP), but not sure if It is best purchased from US then find someone to fit it

Any/all advice welcome

Peter, I have included a couple of links to threads in this Aussie section which have some discussion about the Superchip Flashpaq. If you do a search on the whole Forum you will find about 5 days of solid reading I reckon . These two threads have the local perpsective as the fuel we get here is different to the NA fuel.

Snoopdolks (who works in the same company as I do BTW ) has been a bit of a pioneer with the Flashpaq locally and is now very satisfied with the unit, especially after the TSB (Tech Service Bulletin) to update the standard gear shifts.

The Flashpaq is an external unit which you plug into the plug just under the steering column, draw off your standard/factory program and then upload one of a selection of different Superchips programs depending on what you are looking to change.

WRT your suspension, let's see if any of the Sydney members can make a recommendation on a specialist. You will be in the minority of just wanting to firm the suspension as most (everyone) goes the "lowered" path.

you could try kmac on princess hwy , talk to kenny the japanese dude there, he lowered my car, they make their own custom suspension right in the store, im not sure about just going firmer without lowering it but you can just put on sway bars, but they got all the info and they even own a chrysler pt cruiser

if your interested heres the website with contact details K-mac suspension
