Car Stalled 2day while Driving

Just got back, on my way home today i turned down a street and all of a sudden the steering got really hard and car slowed down completely, luckily there wasnt much traffic around, there wasnt any chime or noises at all just stopped. The car died, stuck over 2 lanes and half way round a corner, there was a few people round looking aswell. So i put it back in park and it started up first go, checked the last chime in the settings just to make sure and it says abs like always. Got home and took a look under the car and couldn't see anything leaking anywhere, the car as bout 3 quarters full tank, only 11,000 k's so far, serviced only 3,000k's ago. I only drive it once a week so the car hasnt been under much pressure.

Has this happened to Anyone else ? im thinking about calling the dealer but they usually only have 1 chrysler mech there and i prob wont be able to talk to him, so i would be looking at a 2 week wait to get it in. mabye this is normal for the 300c ?

I have not had that issue and if I did I would be on the dealers door step :-)

Mine runs like a clock. Just under 30 000 Km and not a problem. Hopefully your dealer doesn't make you wait to long.

Never happened to me either - my car has been flawless since the day I picked it up (apart from the annoying rattle in the sunroof that I'm getting fixed under warranty). I've done 15000kms now.

Hi Turk
Happened to me with an older car that used to conk out anytime it got hot.
300C ok though.
Can you remember anything out of the ordinary on that day?
Hot or cold temperature? short drive, long drive? Just after a high speed run or new fuel? Some ideas maybe you can replicate the conditions.
Cheers

yeh been drivning it for about 30miniutes before it happened, about 3-5minutes before it stalled i gave it WOT until about 160km/h , so the injectors should of been clean, hopefully it was just some bad vpower from shell and nothing else, going to take it out again on the weekend for awhile so if it happens again im be going to straight to the dealer, thanks for the replies
