Car Bra

Any comments from any actual users of car bras ( not interested in heresay!) I just want to eliminate cleaning all the bugs off the car collected on our regular drives to out sports cruiser on the Gippsland Lakes. I dont think I want the invisible ones .I would like to know what brands are being used and if any scuffing of duco.

Well I used mine on the drive back to PA from CA. I just wish I could have used it on the drive out. It was bad weather when I left so I did not put it on. But I wish I could have,I have the Chrysler one.

bigmac,

my vote is for the invisible bra which I've had fitted nearly 18months now - no hassles taking on/off, laser cut to fit, no duco rubbing which I had a big issue with on a previous car with a standard bra and similar in price. I also got foglights covered and lower rear section of front and rear guards and first small section of lower front sill done to protect from tyre debris.....

And can I say it looks fantastic, in that you can't see it until you are really close.

Crikey - I haven't seen a bra abused as much as that since Pamela Andersons left Baywatch!

Slang,

Yeah they are - reading my post again I mean I don't have the hassles of taking on and off the standard sort of bras - mine is on all the time. Actually, I maybe need to re-write this one again too - sounds like I have a cross-dressing problem

Here in Oz around $650AUD (fully fitted) depending on how much surface area is getting done. The kit has a few options eg. front bonnet edge, etc. I suppose you could do it yourself but it looked a very fiddly job trying to get all the curves right and aligned. Took the pro 4-5hrs including prepping with clay, etc......
