Question SRT8 Touring tyre specs

Still on the tyre saga, is there any difference in specs between the SRT8 sedan and touring in relation to tyres? The reason being, I have been offered 4 brand spankers off a new SRT8, but they are all 245, and old mate selling them said it was because they were off the wagon, which come standard with 245 all round.

And yes I know, I could have looked it up on the Chrysler website, but were's the fun in that?

Cheers
Andy.

Andy, I too have a wagon and never realised that they may be different. I just had a quick look at mine and the tyres are 245's on the front and 255's on the rear...

Well HBH, i've actually got a sedan, and it's got 255 on the rear, 245 on front also, so i'm not sure what old mate was getting at by suggesting the wagons are 245 all round?????

245's on the front & 255's at the rear on SRT4ME.

Incidentially, I discovered the rims are identical (I always thought the rears where wider!) they just fit wider section rear tyres on the same rims.

If you compare them you can see the sidewalls on the rears are more rounded & stick out slightly further than the fronts.
