There must be many left Dealers are now advertising new 2007 series 1s, drive away with free sunroof for $54,900. Thats without even leaning on them. I think if you went in with a fist full of cash you may just be able to pick one up for under the magical $50,000.

Good luck shopping

when i bought my series 2 srt8, they said there were still 12 series 1 srt8's that had to be sold before they could put a series 2 on the showrrom floor, so if there were that many srt8's, how many 300's must there be!!! it may be august before you see a series 2 in a dealership...

Free tank of fuel, and first 2 services.

There probaly arent many left at this price, but Im sure that
will put a bit of a dent in the resale values.

That's not too different from what I paid for mine, with sunroof, towbar, tint, etc.

Unlike other buyers at the time who were rushing to buy one and "suffering" from waiting lists and long delivery times, I was happy to hang back and wait until any dealer met my stated target price. In the end it was about six months before someone called me with a suitable offer and I was surprised that the call came so soon. I made my target price open because I knew it to be an agressive target and I wanted to firmly put the ball into the dealers' court. If that meant that I had to wait for the call to come from a desperate salesman who was on notice to close some deals that month then we're both better for doing business together.

It also helped that I was relatively flexibile about various choices (eg. location of delivering dealership, was happy to accept a vehicle in all but a couple of colors, given in a ranked list), particularly since the 300C came with a healthy list of standard features.
