I don't know about the UK but in the USA that is a gimmick at best. Even if they are running that special there will be major things attached. Things are bad but in the USA they aren't that bad. There are still tons of people with lots of money. Their just locking up thier money for now...

i was reading about this in the offtopic section of this forum..

apparently, u cant negotiate the price of the full paid car (its like 40k US) and then u get the 2nd for 1 dollar.

but from what people are saying, u can get that same full price car for half its price, AND buy the 1 dollar car at a negotiated price and STILL spend less money than what you do if u go for the deal.
