can't find them anywhere for under $150 and that's just too much money for lugs..

and that is a stock OEM hood.. since it is made from aluminum I TIG welded some aluminum pieces that were water jet cut in the pattern I wanted..

Holden or GM over there sell a black plastic cover that goes over out wheel nuts to dress them up, I just measured them up off the cooks car wheels and the ID on them is between 19mm~20mm, if yours are similar in size and can organise a set for you to finish off your ride man

I thought it was aluminium, is the boot lid the same as the bonnet?

Finishing touches have been made and mod installed. They clip onto the back of the headlight and help in place with 3M tape.

Here are the pics as promised...any feedback would be appreciated.
These ones have been tinted/painted by Troy.

With them tinted it still allows for the light to travel through them, in particular the indicators/turn signals for our American friends.

Let me know what you all think, good or bad.

Now onto the next mod...RICHO, wheres that bloody wagon fidding???

I like the more aggressive look and think it's a great idea to have them tinted to allow for the turn indicator shine through so the light output isn't blocked. I, like Mr. I, also have the eyelids welded onto my hood but not as deep as his so as to keep ours similar but also different and allow for the turn light to be visible. I did the same process as him at the same shop he took his car too. I love them and your idea is definitely unique, nice job!
