it was actually all those horses causing a stampede, you might want to step aside

I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my grandfather.. Not screaming and yelling like the passengers in his car.

Hey guys didn't want to start a new thread. Just got of the phone to Herrod Motorsport heat in Melbourne. Been toying with Chryslers for about 6 months (Rodge you know what I mean aka Ford Forums). It would seem these things are putting out 230-240 rwkw on the dyno, up to 260 with a tune. Seems very low to me????. Anyone else had one or seen one on a dyno?

I was the same Chooka, didn't want to create a new thread for every little Tid Bit of info I wanted to pass on so Hence why I created the TidBits thread. So it comes in handy.

I tested my 07 model on 2 dynos an hour apart, same conditions and 1 dyno showed 273 and the other I got 274, which I thought was about right.
Logic seems to suggest that a 2 ton car with a 5 speed box might struggle to do the times it does with only 230-240 KW at the wheels. Might need to have their dyno looked at.
That suggest about 40% loss on BHP.

Not 'hanging' as such, 'placed' there to see who took the high road and who didn't.

I think you need to look at what your saying as there would be a lot of people including me, that take offence to referring to cars as ***** let lone not respecting minorities. If you don't like a brand of car that is fine but don't link it to anyone or thing other than that brand. I respect the fact that you may not like Holdens etc but at least respect fellow humans regardless of their preferences ,colour ,race etc.
Cheers
Geoff
Now time to put my flame proof suit on .
