This may be a stupid question or not ..im sure some other members may be wondering as well..

Can you make a Billet Engine Cover?
or also a big arse engine plate that covers the entire engine bay area??

I asked Heidi if they would make the cover for the very top part of the engine cover so I could get some custom engraving done. She said they are considering making that part. I think a WHOLE cover might cost you alot more than you think, lol.

Oh I think it'll be VERY sick. Not sure, I know the fuse box cover is gonna be a little bit of coin accoring to what I've heard. Not sure man, but if it's billet you gotta figure how big that's gonna be, plus how long it's gonna take to make... yeah $600 might be a little low... dunno I'm not an expert, lol. Would be cool, but probably a little heavy...

Sounds like you may need to “bake” some extras to get the $ for that piece. I kind of thought that was a low amount too, but hardly an expert.

Yep, that part would be too expensive to make. Could we do it yep. Do you want to pay what it would cost. No way. The material on that piece alone would be big bucks, and the amount of hog out on it, well you get the idea. If I'm making that for $600 bucks I'm a task master at some gulag.

That piece would be even better off cast, and even then it's not worth the expense. As Danno says you gotta "bake" (LOL) many of those and know you would sell them until you even MAYBE you got your R&D out of it let alone production.

Thats why that piece is carbon fiber; can be done cheap, and usually done overseas probalby by someone getting paid a step above the Gulag wage.
