Billet Tech at E-Town May 18-20 2007

Good evening folks.
We will be heading out to Raceway Park (E-Town) for the big Mopar event this coming weekend May 18-20th. We will have a vendor display at the track with product on hand, and our Charger on display.
Please stop in and see us if you will be at the event. We will also be available to take your custom order if you are looking to have something custom done as far as having color anodized packages under the hood with engraves after, etc.....

I also wanted to update you all and let you know that we currently have a machine down in our shop. One of our Mazak Machining centers has been down for the past couple of days. This is the machine we have setup running the emblem one off's (Chargers). As a small facility this is hurting us as we have other items running on our other machines that we can not break into at this time to move these over and finish them off. We are hopeful that the machine will be back up and running by mid-morning tomrrow morning, then we can get the rest of the custom emblems finished up and on the way. As is our policy we never charge your credit card until we ship, so be assured we are not taking your money then not shipping the product.

With the machine down, you guessed it, many of you with custom orders such as special order under the hood anodized packages, puts the delivery out some more until we can get the machine fixed. In general it just creates a bit of a headache for us

Once again, I want to thank eveyone for your business, and your support. Again, if you have plans on being at E-Town this weekend, please come on over and say hello.

I've not bought anything from BT yet, but as a forum member, I appreciate you updating everyone regarding the broken piece of equipment. At least they won't be left wondering why something hasn't shipped out when they expected it. Great customer service right there. Thanks.

Oh, don't get me wrong. I will be ordering everyting for the interior as soon as soon as I get around to interior mods I gotta finish the exterior first. Wallet is recovering from Round #1 still (wheels, grill, tint, KWs, sways, etc...). I'm doing round #1.5 at the moment. Details to come later. Round #2 will be the interior (Avic Z2, and sprucing up the dash - by way of billet ie, bezel, knobs, etc...) hehe

So get everything perfected for me BT and I'll be a knocking on your door in a few months

No worries. When ever you are ready. And thank you for the compliments. We are adapting for this right now, but setting up our fixturing on another machine and have two jobs loaded into the computer of the machine. Thus, breaking off from one of our production runs at 5 or so and running from 5 to 11 on all the custom engraves.

Long days became even longer now.

Good news, the machine is back up after a marathon night last night and good thanks to my good friend Kenny who pulled the all nighter to get it back up and running. We are just about ready to head on up to E-Town.

We will try to answer your PM's as quickly as we can. If you need anything please just give our shop a call at 561-582-6171 and Pete or Neal will be ready to assist anyone with questions or orders.

See you at E-Town!
