Special Thanks to Heidi and BT

Well a couple of days ago I ordered some things from BT. When I looked at the status of the delivery my package was still in orlando. Well they package never got her so I contacted Heidi. She insured me that everything was going to be okay. We both put out a trace and low and behold the package was delivered yesterday. Heidi at BT is to be highly recommended as a vendor you can trust and the products are awesome.

Thanks Heidi and BT for outstanding cutomer service and great products,
Jay

Let me add my thanks for the prompt shipment of my items to Australia and the updated information along the way about delays - it's greatly appreciated.

A small comment if I might - the combination of the shift quadrant insert and the shift knob required slight packing with a couple of washers to clear the shift gate properly - no biggie but probably worth considering.

Cheers
Russ

Thank you for that info. A first here, and will note our engineering file if we see a pattern persisiting. We have shipped out many to date with no problems and we have installed many for our local customers and friends. This may be a fluke, but again, very much worth noting.
