Received my front emblem and absolutely love it. All I can say is that my recent communications with BT have proven to me that my initial impressions were dead wrong. Top notch product. Communication has been great. Thank you BT.

When I first ordered my custom emblem from BT it took longer than I expected to arrive. When I opened up the package I found that the emblem was too big. Apparently I ordered the wrong size! I emailed Heidi over at BT about the issue. Within a week there was a new correctly sized emblem at my doorstep free of charge!!

Now that's what I call service!. I sincerley believe BT has the best communication for a vendor on the 3CF. In some cases it takes longer than others but I think the moral of the story is that it's well worth the wait for good communication, and a quality _backed_ product.

Look for a catch can order coming your way soon Heidi! I'll be posting some pics soon of the new emblem(s) too.

yeah the work these guys do is awesome - the emblem they did for me on the front is too small but i still think it looks awesome
