not finished and we have never let this drop off from day one. Intake spacer? - Page 2 - LX Forums Modern Mopar Muscle

We have made several sets and done redesign and some additional work each time based on info we have been given from Cam and from our visuals here on our local car. We are very close to moving forward as a final production. We will not release a product that has not been tested over several months and proved sound. Last thing we want is to have leaks (so far so good) or faliures; design changes have been made along the way to account for issues we have observed in certain areas related to wear that we have not been comfortable with. Those issues have been addressed and solved. Cam has beaten the you know what out of the spacer we provided for him. Once he gives us the go we will be on TV

I probably will want a 6.1 set and a 5.7 set when that's available... and depending on the price point.

What makes your (Billet Technology"s) intake spacers better than the Cost effective phenolic intake Spacers???

they are can be machined, meaning you can port match them to your specifications. We are not using gaskets to seal, we have sealed them with o'ring machined right into the piece itself Pheonolic is absorbent on any liquids such as water oil, gas and as a result it can breakdown over time and may result in the breakdown of the material that can cause flaking or pealing away. Our material is solid and any oils or liquids can be wiped away without breaking down or compromising the material.

This piece in not being made from aluminum.

Sounds like a great product. How does it compare to the Phenolic spacers regarding heat dispersment and/or blocking the transmitting of heat?

Our tester in California Cam did this test right here Temperature comparison between the 6.1 phenolic spacer and BT composite spacers. - LX Forums Modern Mopar Muscle

I had email with Cam on Friday and again I know he is sick as a dog. He plans on doing another temp evaluation and inspection very soon and I will be sure to post the link right here too.

On our Dyno at Diablo and the results are on our Website we retained a great deal of horsepower. If my memory is right I believe we broke over 300HP by retaining the HP because of the spacer doing its job by keeping the manifold intake cooler.

Feel free to give us a call at 561-582-6171 and speak with Dan. He will be happy to answer any questions you have in a candid fashion

I don't believe you will be disappointed once Cam finishes beating the heck out of his car with these spacers. His evaluation will be respected by those who know him and he will be brutally honest with the results. Tons of time and $$ have gone into BT's R & D of this product.

I, too, am waiting to order the BT spacer for the MSRT8. It will be my first, but not my last item for BT... of that I am sure.

And when the 5.7L spacers are ready... one of those will go on the H.E.
