be sure you measure the horizontal diameter of the emblems you are going to replace and tell BT the sizes and what you want on them. there are two different sizes of emblem. the stock grill has a larger emblem than in the rear wing. some aftermarket grills have the same size emblem as the rear wing, if not a rear wing on it also. just be sure to measure.

don't forget we will do customs too.

The custom one off's on the Chargers are huge for us, so don't forget you can get the same thing too.

Here is a nice Charger emblem we just did today too.

No where will you get this kind of Billet Jewlery. Most custom one off's are under are anywhere from $69 to $99. You may think that is a lot, and to some it may be, but hold our up to the plastic decales and really see the difference.

Replaced my front emblem about a week ago using these instructions. They are very good instructions. A few details to add:

- Just drill a little bit into the old Chrysler emblem. I used a 1/16 bit, and drilled perhaps 1/8 the way in to the emblem. Then, I used a drywall screw in the hole. The 1/16 hole was large enough to catch the threads of the screw, but small enough so the screw cracked the emblem when it was screwed in. Worked great.
- I couldn't understand what the dremel was for (regarding the raised portion) until I removed the old emblem. I saw a bunch of raised lines, extending radially from the center of where the emblem was. They were perhaps 1/16" wide, and perhaps 1" long. These I shaved down - very carefully - with a flathead screwdriver (because I was too lazy to get the Right Tool (TM)). I'd recommend using a better, more appropriate tool as indicated.

Everything turned out well.

I'm off to order an emblem for the back...

Thanks. Didn't have time to snap pics, but will do so for the rear emblem to add to the instructions.

Placed order for more Billet this morning. I love the quality of this stuff. I wish we could replace most of our instrument clusters with Billet.

Has anyone devised a way to get the stock emblems out without damaging them?

I have BT's for both the front and the back and they are sitting on the shelf. I want to save the OEM's to put back on when I sell at Barrett Jackson for a cool million.
