BT fuel rails are coming

Guys here are some pictures. Dan is writing up the details on all options prices and when the first delivery will take place. Shown are polished and brushed with clear anodize. We will also offer blue, red, black and purple, and if you want we will cutom engrave on them for you as well.

The braided line is going to be an option for you too. We are manufacturing our own fittings. The fittings you see on the braided line and the braided line are courtesy of the Hemi Shop.

Dan will be back in this thread to give you all the details on this within the next few days.

These are our new few rails as Heidi has stated. Machined specificly for Hemi engines. The first sets are going on several testers and will be run early next week. We will be machining the fuel quick connect fitting out of stainless steel for durability (billet shown) there is a nice spot milled to put wrench on it. Clamps are going to mount right where the stock ones mount. we have two styles we're working on and we will leave it up to a vote which ones get produced.
Options are endless as to what configuration you want to run. Some will be using double crossovers we are working on prices for black fuel line and also braided hose. Nitrous guys have the options of tapping the end caps to feed fuel from the front of the rail. Other options include plugged threads for fuel pressure gauge or schrader valve.
Standard colors will be black, red, blue,(Polished and ultra satin shown.) We are also going to make different size clamps or those of you that want to run the larger injectors with 2 or three standard lengths depending on the applications.
These are large volume rails that can supply over 1000 horsepower motors without fuel starvation.

BT Dan

I am VERY interested. How much? I do not need the stainless line as I make all my own. You can PM me if you'd like. Nice work, guys.

Moose.

Can you show me how you are bolting that down to the manifold?

BTW- I'm looking to cross over in the front. The rear will be the inlet on the passenger side and the other side will have a gauge.

Looks fantastic guys. Good job.

Here is a photo of an old fuel rail set up I had..and then my current set up with stock rails. I'm looking forward to your awesome product.

Sounds good Heidi, thank you. Looks like he'll be posting photos to show the hold downs and I'll be checking on that.

Moose.

fuel rails installed.

Today we had Scott, 1fst4dr on LX forums come on up and we installed the 6.1 fuel rails on his Charger. Scott then wrenched the BT charger and put a polished and brushed satin on the BT 5.7 Charger to make sure everything was ok.

Worked great. Here are the pictures. If you want to get in on the group buy give us a call at 561-582-6171. Ask for Dan and he will help you get configured and answer any questions.

Thanks again
